Volume Analysis

Volume Analysis technology on the GE Brivo CT325 offers the ability to manage 2D and 3D imaging in real-time. You can now review multiple acquisitions on the same display, associating 2D images with a variable slab thickness capability (Average, MIP, MinIP, Volume Rendering) according to the exam's requirements.

Multi-Planaer Reconstruction/ Reformat

Datasets can be displayed in the axial, coronal, sagittal, and oblique planes, thus facilitating more accurate assessment and diagnosis of abdomen, chest, inter-vertebral disc, sinus, and fractures.

Multi-Planar Volume Reconstruction (MPVR)

The GE Brivo CT325's MPVR offers a fast, easy way to generate volumetric images, helping you to accurately enhance contrast and improve structural visualization. MIP (Maximum Intensity Projection) can be applied for vascular anatomy. MinIP (Minimum Intensity Projection) can be applied for airways and bronchi. Or use Average for head or abdominal studies. The selected volume can be displayed from any selected plane and combined with variable slice thickness to help you clearly analyze lesions in the pancreas, spine, and renal arteries.

3D - Surface, MIP, and Volume Rendering

Volume Rendering on the GE Brivo CT325 enhances 3D visualization of imaged tissue using a translucent rendering. Rendering gives more information about spatial relationships of different structures than standard 3D surface rendering, offering the ability to accurately and confidently interpret CT studies.

Virtual Endoscopy

Virtual Endoscpoy offers a visualization of intra-luminal structures (sinus, airways, or vascular structures). View images dynamically with the virtual 'fly through' mode.

CT Perfusion

The GE Brivo CT325 comes with CT Perfusion that provides stroked management through fast quantitative analysis of blood flow disturbances in the brain, including cerebral blood flow, cerebral blood volume, and mean transit time.

CT Colonography

This technology offers quick, accurate, non-invasive colon exams. Display and synchronize together both the prone and supine views. Perform a 3D 'flythrough' that resembles an optical colonoscopy. Use bookmarking tools to mark polyp location, and distance and ROI tools to quantify size and homogeneity.

Vessel Analysis

Vessel analysis offers an enhanced analysis of vascular features by automatically determining vessel centerline. Measure angles between branches while tracking multiple paths. Display true oblique cross sections of vascular images, and rotate curved views visualize vascular lesions more clearly.

DentaScan

DentaScan creates a comprehensive set of cross-referenced composite axial, panorex, and oblique planar reformations of the mandible and/ or maxilla. DentaScan provides you the necessary data to plan dental implants or orthodontic surgery.
